Who should I contact when something breaks in my apartment?
Call the Management Office for emergencies, such as a major water leak or make a maintenance request through the order form on this site. Note that the work order system (BuildingLink) is based on first come first serve unless it is an emergency.
What Are the Laundry Room hours?
The laundry room hours are Monday–Sunday: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. For more information on the laundry room, please see the laundry room procedures under Policies and Forms.
How Do I Get My Laundry Room Card?
If you are not provided a laundry room card upon moving in, you can request one from the Management Office. Noteworthy, there will be a $5 dollar charge for any replacement cards.
How Do I dispose of “large items”?
Large items are to be taken to the general outdoor garbage area of each building. Building #one is at the bottom of the ramp, at the entrance to the supers’ office. Building #two is at the entrance to parking lot #two. Buildings #three, four, five and six have trash areas at the rear of the buildings.
Does the Laundry Room Accept Cash?
The laundry room does not accept cash but there is a machine in each laundry room where you can put in a $5 or $10 bill, which gives credit to your laundry card.
What Should I do about a “Noisy Neighbor”?
If you haven’t had success communicating with the noisy neighbor, you should contact the Management office at (212) 204-0640.
Is there 24-Hour Security?
There are Security guards posted in each lobby from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Camera surveillance is 24/7)
